Using Colt

These terms govern your use of the Colt mobile application and colt.defunglabs.com. By creating an account or using Colt, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are not legally able to agree, a parent or guardian must do so for you.

Educational purpose

Colt is a timer, record and planning tool for exam practice. It does not provide official exam content, tutoring, admissions advice or a promise of any score, grade or outcome. You are responsible for verifying exam formats, rules, timing and scoring with the relevant official organization.

Your account and content

Keep your device and sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You retain rights in the exam names, schedules and study records you enter, and grant us only the rights needed to host, process and display them as part of Colt.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Colt, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts, upload unlawful material or use the service in a way that violates another person’s rights. Automated abuse, fraud involving ads or attempts to manipulate rewards are prohibited.

Advertising and third-party services

Colt may display advertising. Ad availability, personalization and measurement depend on region, consent and device settings. Google, Apple and Firebase services are also governed by their respective terms. Colt is not responsible for third-party services or links outside our control.

Availability and liability

The service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. To the extent allowed by law, Colt is provided without warranties and Defung Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost study records, missed reminders or exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination, changes and contact

You may stop using Colt or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for serious misuse or legal reasons. We may update these terms as the product or law changes; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
